Taffy TownSaltwater Taffy, Strawberry, 2.5Lb

Wife likes these very much. After reading the reviews I was little skeptical but was surprised at the quality. Taste of licorice was good and soft and chewy. Just didn’t realize how much 2.5 pounds was but I’m glad I took a chance. Would order again from this Company.

This taffy is soft and has a good taste. It isn't over powering. I would recommend this if you like black licorice. I

I like these in peppermint, but not banana.

*** UPDATED ON MARCH 4TH*** I decided to order directly from Taffy Town to compare the two products side by side tastewise. I am disappointed to say that the taffy that came directly from the Taffy Town had a very faint peppermint flavor as well. I do extend my apologies to the seller who told me they got their product from Taffy Town in that condition. Seller did get kinda ugly with me during the process, but they were just defending their product...I get it. But if you like actual peppermint flavor I would get a different one NOT made by Taffy Town. On the other hand their cinnamon flavor is VERY GOOD and cinnaminny!I love doing reviews and try to be as honest as I can be for the sellers here. I do NOT apologize for being honest with my reviews. #blessednotstressedORIGINAL REVIEW: Very soft and salt watery, but no flavor of the peppermint. Buyer cannot return this type of item. Seller did not respond in a timely manner, I had to reach out twice to get a response. Seller stated I basically would need to reach out to Taffy Town for a response on the flavor. I can only conclude that maybe the maker or the seller had these on the shelf for a very long time for the flavor to be gone. I am pretty sure taffy town is a great taffy maker and has good quality, but I can't guarantee how long the seller had these in their possession. Take my and other reviews seriously if it states that the taste isn't correct.

This is delicious. Exceeded expectations. I am notorious for returning inadequate items. This is a keeper.

Delicious and very fresh!

I was excited to try these with all the enthusiastic reviews of buttery blueberry muffins. Boy was II disappointed! They definitely do not taste like the stellar reviews but they are not bad. To me, they taste like blueberry cheesecake. I won’t buy this flavor again. On a whim I tried maple bacon flavor and was blown away by the taste! Definitely my favorite. I’ve also tried peppermint, mint chocolate, and chocolate flavors. The mint chocolate when you can find it is very yummy and peppermint is delicious too. The chocolate tastes like fake chocolate. I’ve also tried key lime and it’s not bad but it’s like the blueberry muffin flavor, tried and now forgotten once they’re gone. Try maple bacon! Hands down it’s the best flavor taffy ever! If! If you can find mint chocolate flavor, you won’t be disappointed.

Taffy was a little hard, seemed dry and every candy opened thus far (every.single.one), about 50, has dried crumbs or flakes which would not be a big deal if you are opening over a plate, sink etc but you probably do not want these taffy crumbs covering your shag carpet, or any floor for that matter.My countertop before and after opening a candy.They did taste great and price not bad, so I give it a "4"

The quantity is over my expectation because it's very big size for each pack ! Maybe because it came from U.S so taste a bit soft. I feel better after chill it inside fridge for few hours, more chewy.

Thus bag was huge but was demolished fairly quickly. They are absolutely delicious. I am in Australia and received them very quickly in excellent condition. Everyone I shared these with wanted to buy some. Yum yum yum. Will definately purchase again.

Perfect texture. The bag barely lasted a week! Yum.
