Pain.

I have used this approx 3 times a day since it came. It is good but the filling does move to the ends so doesn’t quite give the effect I want on the bit I want. The instructions is 2 mins for a 900w micro. I have a lower wattage and there is no instructions on how to change the time. Not rocket science I know but I don’t want to damage the wrap so a bit of info on how much time to add would have been better. Overall, still a good product

I have had a lot of shoulder pain tried lots of different Things and nothing worked so bought this because the reviews were so good so glad I did OMG worked first time of using it I couldn’t believe so amazing would definitely recommend it if you suffer with aches and pains

Nice size and easy to use with good instructions. Soft fleece fabric. Yes they smell a bit but this is due to the type of bag - they will all smell a bit. But worth it for the pain relief. I would buy again , highly recommended.

this is a lovely item so soft a very good length i use it for my lower back which i can fold in halfand for my shoulder and it sits perfectly the smell is not to strong but they do fade after a while so if you don'tlike them scented its not to bad or a perfume of your choice will buy another after christmas they are so usefulto have

I get s lot of pain at the top of my spine and neck. This works wonders

Good quality and very soft but the wheat tends to separate and drop into the corners meaning it needs constant adjustment which is slightly annoying when wearing around the neck as all the wheat(and heat) ends up at the front!
