Sub Standard - Cheap quality
The product itself is of a low standard, certainly produced at the cheap rate in China. On my MacBook it kept detecting it as a keyboard. The troubleshoot link opens details for a money counting machine. If this was not enough to rub salt to the wound I requested a replacement. The device exchanged was already an open packet. There are clear usage marks and the USB stick has a cello tape wrapped on it. I have requested for a refund... Amazon is doing a great job here too as with the Amazon Basic product... I have been receiving a call to have it picked up by the pickup partner... he too is of the same quality... he ghosts me and rescheduled the pickup... beem waiting for 3 days now. The best thing here is that Amazon had made it impossible to connect to a human in customer service... after charging a platform fee of Rs.5/-.... even the customer service is a list of FAQS
