Worth the investment
It's been 2 months and they have been durable so far. They protect my child, while practicing during hockey.

They work but are a little thin
I guess you get what you pay for. We haven't been able to truly test them out (thank goodness) but they probably will do well. They are a bit thin and that makes me think they won't last long if the kid is constantly falling. The also wiggle down quite often and we have to stop to adjust frequently but I'm not sure if it's the same for more pricey ones. Overall, so far so good. Son is 7 years old and lanky.

Good value
The pads are well constructed, I had no problems with missing items like other reviews. The pads are sturdy, have good coverage of knees/elbows/wrists, all the while still comfortable for my 3 year old to wear while riding his bike.
