I bought this speaker to use with an old ipod, I didn't think it would be as good as it is. I thought it would be a small speaker, I was surprised at the size and quality. This speaker can be used with 4 AAA batteries, or charged with usb cable supplied. This speaker can be used with many devices, ipod/iphone using 30 pin supply. It will also charge these devices while usb is plugged in. It has a supplied audio jack to connect a device, you can play music via micro SD card or usb drive. The sound quality is surprising and loud for such a cheap device. The heart shape and heart shaped buttons are cute. This speaker turned out to be so much more than expected for the price.

I was really surprised by the quality of sound on this , I put my Apple ipod on it which i have lots of old songs on. Very clear & good sound affects.

Poor product, stopped working after 4 months. Avoid.

Obviously this isn't going to give Bang & Olfson sleepless nights but the sound is pretty good, the bass gives a good rumble and the treble doesn't distort (to the level that I've played it at). It has a nice solid feel to it, although, smaller than I thought it would be but that does make it pocket portable, with a metal housing and I was happily surprised to find it is not only mains powered but also rechargeable, with a 2 hour charge lasting in excess of 9 hours. This is just as well, as the charging cable (USB only) is quite short approx 70cm. It takes input from USB flash drive, SD card, Ipod/Iphone and 3.5mm jack plug. Apart from the cable length my only gripes with it are that there is no 'shuffle' option with SD card or USB drive and I could of lived without the heart shape of everything - even the buttons are heart shaped! But for £15, I don't care that much as it sits in my shop out of sight, a little gem!

Fabulous little unit. Bought it to replace an Azatom docking unit that suddenly stopped working. Very happy with the sound quality, price and delivery.

It did not work with either of my ipod nano 6th generation ipods (the ones that looks like a large postage stamp and iare approx 1" x 1") 30 pin.However, the company refunded quickly and return was simple.

It’s for a present but did try it the sound is terrific ,much better than the one it replaces
