Great to correct posture!

This is a well made product, but it just wasn’t for me. It’s difficult to get on, then once it was it kept cutting into my underarm area. No amount of adjusting fixed it. The worst thing was trying to get it off again! I thought I would never get it off! I’m sure it works great for some people but it wasn’t my thing.

The product works to straighten my back, and my neck thus corrupting my posture. However, the bands, that loop around the arms cut off the circulation and the nerves. Therefore, you can only wear it for so long. I believe I will return this item.

Pros:- Corrects posture, but cannot be worn for too long periods of timeCons:- Uncomfortable if worn all day, can chafe skin (e.g. underarm) if you do not have clothes underneath it

The instrucitons were not clear and so, it took time to figure out how to adjust it correctly. As a result, my son wasn't sure if it was worn incorrectly to begin with.The image in the insert showed clearly what was top and bottom, but the harness itself didnt indicate which was which. And then he wasn't' sure how tight it should be. He put it on and then adjusted after was wearing it.After the first time using it, he felt that the harness did less to actually correct posture and more to remind him to use better posture.He will continue trying it to see if he likes it any better, and so, I may update the review.

I tried this I Lifv Shoulder Posture Corrector for Men and Women-Fully Adjustable Back Straightener for Mid,Upper Spine Support-Neck,Clavicle and Back Pain Relief to compare it against full size posture correctors. For me, this brace works. I wear it as a reminder to have proper posture when working at a computer all day (kind of like you'd wear a back safety brace to remind you to lift properly). It definitely helps me do that. It hits the right spot where I get hunched over and I remember to sit up straighter. This brace has the same problem for me that any posture corrector I've tried which is the shoulder straps cut into my armpits - kind of like a seat belt that hits the neck of short people when driving a car. That is uncomfortable, so I don't wear it for long periods of time - maybe 20 minutes or so.The biggest issue with this one I have compared to the full size posture correctors is that getting into it is fine. Wearing it is fine. Getting out of it is something else entirely! There is literally not enough to grab or shrug out of. Because there's only the small section going between your shoulder blades, there's nothing to shrug against. I end up doing circles around myself trying to get it off. I'm sure that looks hilarious but there isn't always someone around to help me get it off. I can't get the straps out of their loops either because I'm just short enough they are out of reach. Then I'm just stuck until I can slowly but surely get just enough give to take it off.

A bit uncomfortable on the shoulder/underarm side. But it really works well. I was hoping I can wear it underneath my T-shirt but you can see it on the side of the collar.
