3 thinks you need to know to buy a chain loop!
If you need chain loops, buy Oregon, made in Portland. OR. Do not buy generic, made in China! Not worth it! These chain loops are 3/8" lo pro pitch, 0.050" gauge, 56 drive links. The code on the drive link is 91. That number,91, means it's a Oregon chain, 3/8" pitch lo pro, 0.050" gauge. This chain loop is a common size on 16" bar homeowner saws. Count the drive links to make sure it's 56!

Better than Low-Kickback Chains
Cannot tolerate the slow cutting safety low-kickback chains. When working within +80F temperatures, I get so exhausted waiting for a chainsaw to cut through a log when using a safety chain, that it becomes unsafe to use a chainsaw when exhausted. With Oregon's Versacut or Powercut chains, I can more easily and more quickly cut through logs without wasting energy or readily tiring. Note: It seems like a maze trying to purchase a good cutting chain, a chain that cuts rather than rubs wood nowadays.

No Guard Links
Fits my 540xp MkIII perfectly. Husqvarna doesn't make an unguarded chain with these dimensions, so thank you, Oregon. Chatters a bit less when making a letterbox or bore-cut.
