Product was a last minute purchase prior to a trip, and i enjoyed its functionality, sturdiness, packing compartment and space. I would suggest the telescoping pulling handle could be reinforced for future iterations, especially when carrying heavy loads. Also the front lid compartment for slippers might not be as much space as perceived once the main compartment of the bag (when expanded) is filled to the brim with items.

Honest review:I wanted to returned but I couldn’t due to time and because I removed all tags before actually trying my laptop. I know, silly mistake!Anyway, be careful and mindful or your laptop size and thickness so it can fit properly. The compartment for the laptop it’s ok, it’s has a hard shell front and back so it provides protection to the laptop but because of the hard shell it’s not flexible and it limits the quantity of items you can add to the back compartment (for the clothes, etc). The luggage it’s best suited for short work trips if you actually want to spend the money for a carry on for that.

Horrible sellers. I left my passports (2) in the pocket when I returned this item sadly, of course my carelessness. I returned because the bag was too stiff and not at all flexible in packing well. Amazon and the seller NEVER EVEN tried to send me back my important documents, after months and months, and weeks and weeks of trying to get them back. I would never purchase from them and the horrible customer service fro Amazon.com

Dislike: It doesn't have that unzipped extra space that's needed sometimes when you have a few thicker items.Like: It appears to be very light and durable, but I guess I will know more when I travel and return home to see if everything remained in tact.

Used the luggage about 5-6 times. Purchased because I wanted a better solution for carrying on my laptop but also being able to bring some essentials. It solved that issue but because the laptop sits in the front it makes it heavier on that side so it will tip over if its not balanced with enough items on the back side. Hubby and I traveled to Florida this past trip and when we got home our clothes were wet on the inside. This never happened prior to this trip but tells me that somehow these pieces of luggage leak. I cannot tell where or how but I'm not happy about that.Otherwise, I like the look of the luggage and the storage capacity. The quality does feel a little on the lower end to me but I'm comparing that to my past luggage.However, I will say its held up pretty decent for the past 12 months. The 360 wheels are still good. The case has not gotten scratched much or dented. The only problem was our recent trip with the leaking.

Was a bit skeptical on the lugagge due to the price but I have to say I’m am very impressed with the build quality and sturdiness of this bag. Please do yourself a favor and buy this over any other bag.

I ordered it for a trip. After putting a laptop there's barely any space for clothes. Just enough for one day may be but no shoes. Didn't return because I didn't have time before the trip, and had to take an extra check in bag

A really nice luggage set but not heavy duty. Was used to travel overseas and did the job but scratches easily. Definitely shouldn’t be handled to roughly.

The colour is great in person! Smooth wheels and great locking zippers! A bit smaller inside than expected.

AWESOME, beautiful and very well made carry-on luggage. The bag on top I bought from Amazon as well and it's fantastic as well. The suitcase fits Air Canada luggage carry-on requirements as long as it's not unzipped to add more interior space. This was the only bag I could find that was elegant looking that fit the Air Canada baggage allowance. Several pockets inside and a secure place for a tablet or small computer. Be aware that there is only one entrance to the interior and that is through the front. So if you continually need to get to the interior then this might not work for you. I only will be using it to take a couple extra sets of clothes in the event my checked bag is lost or delayed. So will work perfect for me. ENJOY!!!!!

Exactly as described

This is a great carry on. Would be perfect for that business person that travels frequently. The exterior is made of rigid, solid plastic. Very easy to wipe down and clean. The interior is divided between two sections. The first, smaller section, is perfect for paperwork or items you need to access quickly. The second section is the main larger compartment. I really like how everything is organized and it isn't just one big hole to shove everything into. All the zippers are good quality, work smoothly and aren't sharp. The interior material is smooth and easy to clean. This carry on has a built in lock system that's TSA approved. The handle comes out effortlessly and the wheels are 360 degree spinners that roll smoothly. I really like the quality of this and think it's a great value.
