I love the fact that this Listerine came as a set with the individual travel pocket packet. Comes in very handy when you are out and need a remedy for bad breath.

This is a great combo of mouthwash and breath strips from a brand I trust for years. Like that the mouthwash is alcohol free. It gets rid of bad breath without leaving a burning sensation. The breath strips are conveniently packaged to help freshen your breath while on the go. A value pack indeed!

This was my first time trying the zero alcohol mouthwash, and I like it a lot. It leaves your mouth feeling nice and fresh, there's no aftertaste just like the original, and no alcohol just feels healthier for some reason! The pocketpaks are great to keep in your purse or desk drawer. They are strips that melt in your mouth into a jelly consistency. I will be honest and say they are not my first choice and I find them to not be quite as effective as traditional mouthwash, but that's why they are perfect for work - it's a lot less noticeable to pull out a strip and pop it in your mouth than it would be to grab a full container of mouthwash and trudge off to the bathroom with it. Keep the liquid at home and the strips at work and you're set for everything!

I did.However, several studies have put into question mouthwashes with alcohol including several published papers such as "Alcohol-based mouthwash as a risk factor of oral cancer: A systematic review by Marina Ustrell-Borràs, Bassel Traboulsi-Garet, Cosme Gay-Escoda" that concluded "It cannot be guaranteed that the use of mouthwash represents an independent risk factor for the development of head and neck cancer. However, the risk does increase when it occurs in association with other carcinogenic risk factors."It's been years since I've used such a mouthwash. I was curious to try this new version without alcohol and I've got to say that Listerine nailed it. The liquid is very similar to the old version and leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. I'm a believer and will be a customer once again!
