I love it!
This thing is absolutely perfect for what I needed to do. Holds a little bit of my medicine for emergencies when I leave the house. And it looks great! Not to mention it came with keychains and a necklace!

Using to Hold and Carry my Loops Earplugs
After loosing my second set of loop earplugs, I needed a better way to carry them. The loop factory case is not very solid for retention. This pill case is PERFECT for keeping them clean, safe and always there as needed. Perfect.

Not what I expected...
For some reason I thought it would be a little bigger than its actual size. Very very small. And cheap feeling. The rings don't spin easily at all, definitely not like a fidget spinner does. They barely spin. Opening and closing it is very difficult. The threads are poorly cut, and it often gets stuck shut. Thin metal too. Definitely not worth almost $30. I would not recommend.

Great pill case
Have to take medication every day and this pill Cary makes it easy to remember and access . This case is very slim and easy to open. Look like ordinary jewelry, and no one would know medication is inside. I can store about a week of medication inside. Nothing bad to say about it!

Not the Best Looking
The online product images seem much more promising and appealing than the real thing. The finish on the necklace is very matte, almost plastic like. Seems very cheap and makes it even more noticeable instead of blending in as a piece of jewelry. The cavity is pretty small, so it doesn't fit larger pills. I also wish it came with something to clean the inside.

Too big for a necklace
Its too big for a necklace but great as a keychain.i can fit 3 migraine pills, 4 melatonin pills and 7 prsecriptions meds in it which means i have about a weeks supply of my regular medication.I will note thats opening and closing it is a bit annoying as there isn't really good grip on it.I would also recommend you don't assume this will be fun to fidget with as the spin on it is awful.
