I have a pair of loops for myself but like keeping an extra pair of these in my purse for my little ones who are sensitive to sound. This fits in my preschoolers ears and we use it when we are in public restrooms or other very loud settings. I have tried these and they work just as well as my loops.

These are comfortable enough to sleep in, and do a good job of greatly reducing outside sounds (like music or snoring). They come with a very thin little case and a whole set of alternate tips. I'm honestly too scared to change the tip because I'd be afraid that if I can take one on and off that it might get stuck or fall off in my ear. It's sill, I know. But the basic tips that come with it fit my ears fine anyway.

These ear plugs are great for canceling out noise. I use them when I go out because I get overwhelmed when there's too many people around and talking. They are comfortable and don't stick out from my ears too much.

I often work in a pretty loud environment- datacenters with lots of constantly running servers. The constant noise gets to me sometimes, especially when I am trying to work on something, so I almost always wear ear plugs.These are pretty basic- silicone plugs with interchangeable tips of different sizes. When wearing the correct size they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The little ring makes it easy to get them out but they aren't so big that they protrude out and look awkward.These plugs (really, most silicone things in general) can get a bit funky over time, especially if you just put them in your pocket when you take them out (they include a case but I often forget to use it), but they are easily cleanable with an alcohol wipe or hand soap and water.As far as the noise reduction- they do a pretty good job of blocking out constant background noise and are comparable to most other ear plugs I've used in the same claimed dB reduction range. I feel like they are a small step up from decent throwaway foam plugs but really not that much. The value-add here is more that they are comfortable and reusable and not so much any extra noise reduction.

These silicone earplugs are absolutely VERY COMFORTABLE!! They fit into the ear very well, and you hardly realize (feel) you're wearing ear plugs, except that everything is eerily quiet. A must have for traveling next to a crying baby, or at a super loud concert!

I just used these for a very long 27 hour trip to India from the USA and they held up really well. These come with multiple sizes of ear adaptors so I was able to select the size that worked best.Going through security at the airport the security agents asked with these were headphones and I had to show them they were just ear plugs - They are so comfortable I just kept them in between flights. I also have Beats noise cancelling headphones and these ear plugs made it super quiet when combined with the headphones. You can still hear basic speech with these in but all that extra static and background noise is reduced.They stay in my ear a lot better than from ear plugs and the noise reduction is much better - likely due to the fact that you can select the size that fits your ear while most other ear plugs have just one or two options. I have very sensitive ears and they did not irritate my ears like the polyurethane foam does.

I had a not great experience. I couldn't get any of the silocon tips to stay in my ears! so ultimately what happened is I would go to bed with these things in but they'd fall out during the nice. Because the fit wasn't great for me its hard for me to provide much a valid review beyond the fact that I couldn't get to stay in my ears despite lots of different attemps.
