Best for this price-speakers are so loud unlike laptops ,sound quality is good 4/5-display is excellent with antiglare feature- the frame and monitor is sturdy 5/5.- display size is so comfortable for simple usage it is large enough for kids.- the camera is good 4/5- enough for meetings and all.-keyboard and mouse were of top quality.I went to an offline store - they don't have a 21.5inch screen and with all the same specifications for a 24 inch screen they priced 57000.At 44000 with bank offers it is really a good deal.It comes with one year warranty and we can even extend it.Thanks to the seller- for safe packaging and for a product that fulfills my requirement which I cannot find in the stores.

The PC is ok and specs matches with the ordered item.Updated after a month: While dusting the screen using a microfiber cloth, i noticed right side of the screen is getting pressed with a tick sound. I contacted HP support and they said they will send a technician to check. Even after 3 days, no technician has visited. Amazon should tell the HP like firms to attend customer complaints with due care. Otherwise, Amazon customers will think twice to buy computers like items through ON LINE.

I recently ordered this all in one desktop from amazon on 8th November, 2023. First of all the delivery was delayed by amazon stating that the delivery was delayed as the product was damaged. I received the product on 11th November, 2023 and it stopped working on 23rd of November 2023. Amazon and HP have delivered such substandard products. This leaves us with all kinds of doubts obout the fuctioning of these brands. They trap you with low prices but deliver defective products to you. On top of it HP service is the worst. I recorded a complaint with HP on the 23rd of November 2023 and they did not send any engineer for visit until 7th December, 2023. I kept following up multiple times and they only told me that they have ordered the panel and the engineer will visit soon. They never give you confirmed timelines. I asked them on how did they come to know that the panel is at fault without an engineer visiting personally and diagnoising the problem and they did not have any logical answer to this. On 7th December 2023 the HP engineer comes to visit the first time with the ordered panel and tell us that the panel is not at fault and its the motherboard is faulty. Now they will have to order the motherboard to fix the issue. This is pathetic working logic from HP and true negligence on understanding the problem. Now I am sure that HP will take its own sweet time to replace the motherboard. New product stops working within few days of purchase and then you don't get prompt service from brands like HP. I would recomment you all not to buy these products from Amazon and boycott big IT giants like HP until they dont raise their standards for after sales service. Amazon and HP if you are reading this i want an replacement or my money back or i am going to register a case in the consumer forum for the inconvenience i have faced in the last one month.
