Checks off my boxes - carry on / personal item / outdoor / sailing bag
I wanted an all in one travel bag that would also work for sailing and nordic skating. This bag can max out as a carryon, but also get small enough for a personal item on a budget flight. It also looks good, is pretty comfortable with all the right straps and is now my go to bag for short trips. I'm on boats a lot and waterproof is very important. As an outdoor pack the loops are what I wanted for securing gear. There's no small pouch for a water bottle but that's an easy add on with a carabiner. Rather than have a bunch of travel bags, I can resize and rely on this one for most of my travel needs - I've got plenty of light fabric dry bags of different sizes for smaller items and simple carries.

Bag delivered
Took this on a float trip and it fit my gear well. Like the straps and clips. Interior pocket is nice as well as exterior mesh. Feels solid and material seems as the it should last.

Good quality, feels heavy duty, decent price for what you get.
Bought this bag to use on a Dells getaway. Had it in the boat and it was nice to have a dry space to store valuables and electronics.Even used it to access a swimming hole that requires traversing up creek in deep water. Swam with it twice and learned some things.Pros: it’s a legit heavy duty pvc/vinyl material bag and it’s very big.We fit 4 beach towels 3 large water bottles and all our personables. It floated even when full of everything. Comfortable to wear, it’s just like a large frame backpack with very good straps. None of that fragile clips breaking off that people write about in other product reviews.Cons: the tops roll down is secure but could be better. The side clips are too close to the top of the bag limiting the maximum tension you can achieve when sealing it up.If the bag is stuffed to the brim it helps with getting a tighter roll and seal. But when the bag is more empty it’s floppy on top and doesn’t feel as secure as it should be.I made the mistake of only attaching the top roll down clip when swimming back to the river head and the bag ended up leaking on the sides of the roll. Would not have done so if I remembered to get those side clips attached but it still shows the overall looseness of the roll down when the bag is not packed to the top.Overall, worth the $40 when compared to the products sold at the outdoor stores.Gonna add it to the camping supplies and keep it on hand for future water based adventures.

Excellent Dry Bag Backpack for any kind of water excursion
I got this bag Kayaking and SUP through the many waterways and spring here in Florida. During storage, I simply leave my water shoes and snorkel gear in it so I have everything I need to take the family on a water adventure. This thing is holding up well. I switched from a very expensive “travel” backpack to this because I was looking for waterproof exterior to keep everything dry including foods for a day on the water. Kayaking and SUP has a tendency to get everything wet on the small vessel, so this pack solves that issue with keeping everything dry. I also wanted additional small pockets on the outside and inside to store quick grap items like sunscreen, water bottle, power bars, and bug spray. The huge (40 L) capacity can fit as a carry-on for surf trips if completely full. I have confirmed it fits under an airplane seat full but you might want to pick the aisle seat. It is lightweight enough to use as a day bag but still big/durable enough for long hikes. Bare minimum compartments for traveling light. The few compartments available are big enough for travel docs, electronics, and first aid. Completely waterproof (except maybe outside pocket). Unassuming design (less likely to be robbed). The side mole style strap loops are great for securing the dry bag to your vessel which is not found on a lot of other kayak style dry bags. You can use the detachable belly strap as a compression strap when looping it around the back. Highly recommend this Dry Bag Backpack for any kind of water excursion (surfing, kayaking, SUP, boating, sailing, whitewater rafting, day hiking, etc…)
