I’m so happy with this pillow. I’m 64 and sleep has become more difficult as I’ve gotten older. I typically sleep on my back. Sometimes my side. I was waking up with lower back pain and acid reflux. This pillow has been amazing. My head and neck are always in alignment leading to the most comfortable, enjoyable sleep anyone could ask for. Thank you for the thoughtfulness that went in to creating it.

I sleep in very odd positions and often wake up with a sore neck and my arms having fallen asleep overnight. I was hoping this pillow would help, but it proved to be more uncomfortable than a traditional filled pillow. I’d say I have an average length neck, but felt I had to almost stretch my neck to get my head to fit comfortably into the depressed area. The little tail the sticks out of the center to help support your spine and the shoulder wings prevent you from kinda scooting your shoulders up closer to the pillow. If you can get comfortable, you don’t have anywhere to put your arms and I sleep with my arms wrapped around my neck and over one another. No fault of the pillows, but it wasn’t comfortable having to try to sleep with my arms at my side. I tried turning the pillow around and laying my neck over the other side, but the opposite edge is much higher and put too much pressure on my neck. If you sleep on your side or stomach, your face sinks into the middle and makes breathing tricky. Also, the small button in the center that helps keep the bowl shape popped out after the second night which doesn’t help either. The foam is decent quality and the pillow was breathable overall, but unless you sleep on your back with your arms at your side, I’d look for another option.

I was hoping this would help ease my ear pain I get every night from my ear smashed into the pillow but the dip is too high for my ears and the pillow is very hard and hurts my ear worse than the regular pillows. Search continues. And these are not returnable once you open it and try it. 👎🏼

It’s super comfy and good on my neck I used to use one or two pillows and be super uncomfortable now that I got this pillow I am way more comfortable and relaxed
