I didn’t realize this was 6 tiny chip bags. Completely ridiculous price for such small bags with minimal product. Not even worth a third of the price! Not recommended.

I like chips, I like coconut and I love caramel, so had high expectations about this product, and unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. More than chips, these are fragments – some of good size, but some really small that I couldn’t really enjoy, and some a bit pointy that I needed to be careful not to hurt my palate. Flavor is… OK, taste a bit artificial and coconut flavor is there but I didn’t really enjoy much the caramel flavor, not very savory. For me not really worth considering its super high amount of saturated fats.

This is a convenient and tasty bag of coconut fragments. I say fragments as, while you do get some of the longer strands you see in the picture, many of those have been split apart in the bag. Sourced in India and distributed by a company in California.ProsSuper tasty - you get a prominent coconut flavor and natural sweetness with a hint of caramel.Simple ingredient list and no added sugar.Easy to use as a quick snack or topping for smoothie, dessert, etc.ConsThey are mostly in smaller fragments compared to the product photo which shows full ribbons of coconut.It is a smaller portion -- you get a bag of a tad over 3oz, which is noted as 3 total servings.I enjoyed the caramel flavor addition, but my girlfriend felt it made the snack taste artificial.The expiration date on my bag is unreadable, so not sure of the shelf life. Assume it's not a long one since the product is touted as "No Preservatives" (preservatives is misspelled on the bag).

Interesting concept! Does caramel coconut sound weird? Yes? Does it taste bad? Absolutely not!So basically this is shaved and toasted coconut but with an added caramel flavor! Each piece is nice and crisp with a 'toast'. You don't actually see any caramel on them but they do have a caramelized flavor. It's not like the sweet caramel you put on ice cream. It's more caramelized! I don't want to say it has a burnt flavor because it doesn't but if you've had maybe like English toffee, it has a hint of that flavor.What's nice about them is that the ingredients are simple! Just coconut, coconut honey, natural flavor and sea salt! So you can feel good about what you're eating!Overall, I'm not 100% sold on the flavor but I'd absolutely love this product in more savory flavors!

I've never tried coconut chips before so I was excited to order the Open Coconut Chips- Caramel. They taste just like one would assume - like sweetened coconut with caramel flavor. So if you like coconut and caramel these are good. The texture is crispy with a little bit of chewiness. The biggest problem is that these are TINY pieces. I'm not sure if that's how they're supposed to be or if they got crushed but either way it makes them very difficult to eat. It;s also a very small bag especially gven the price. Still I found them very tasty and if they had been bigger pieces this would have been a 5 star product for me.

You still get the coconut flakes taste and feeling while eating this, with caramel as a hint in the background so it's still mainly a coconut snack with caramel flavoring. The caramel is smooth, the coconut chips also taste fresh. It's a little crumby which is expected because there are REALLY THIN pieces, long and thin so they easily break, but they also somehow keep a strong crunch to them. I love the flavor and the chips, could have been better with how many crumbs there were. Also bonus that your fingers dont feel sticky after. Also lets not talk about how much sugar is in these because its A LOT, but hey its caramel!

They were crisp and tasted pretty standard for coconut chips--they were good, which was to be expected. It was just a little expensive for the quantity.
