I started taking Bio360 Probiotic for Women a few days ago and chose it for its high CFU count, multiple strains, and added prebiotics, all tailored to women’s health. Probiotics support digestion, gut health, and balance, and I’ve already noticed less bloating after meals. It’s too soon to see the full effects, but I’m optimistic this will be a great addition to my routine

Because I take them in singular form, I stopped using a probiotic blend that includes Vitamin D and Zinc. However, I believe that, in addition to those products, the dosages in this formula are not too high to cause any adverse effects for me, rather, they may provide an extra boost of immune support...more tools in the box to defend against the usual suspects commonly spreading during Winter months. So...I'm back to this product!I also like that:- These veggie caps are easy to swallow, delayed release to survive stomach acid and stored in a blister pack without the need for refrigeration (great for travel).- A comprehensive prebiotic blend's included in this formula as well as Cranberry which may help with UT health.- According to my research, the 4 strains promoted here for targeting vaginal health may also aid in digestion, provide antioxidant support and more.The only "con" I'll mention is that this product boasts a minimum of 50 billion culture count are active at the time of manufacture, but there's no mention of what's present at the time of consumption. Still, this count's higher than typically available in many probiotic formulas and the expiration date on this box is 08/26. I'm fairly certain that it's worth the investment.
