RegattaWomens Pack It III Waterproof Hooded Packable Jacket

I bought this Regatta Men's Pack It Jacket to carry with me on walks, 'just in case' it rains.It comes in a decent little carry pouch, and really does pack down well - I bought the large size and it's packed down to something not much larger than a Coke can.It's comfortable on, with good length sleeves and a useable hood, and a couple of decent sized pockets.I've used it a few times over the summer and it does a decent job at keeping the rain off. It's not Gore-Tex, and I wasn't expecting great results for the money, but it's effective and I didn't experience too much of the 'boil in the bag' effect that I expected. Best used for those changable days where you don't want to wear a heavier coat but there is a chance of rain - it's not the sort of jacket to wear if you're setting out for a long wet day perhaps.The good:• Great price• Good fit• Looks good• Keeps you dry in the rainThe bad:• Can't really fold down into it's own pocket, but a pouch is suppied• Zip can catch on the jacket material if you're not careful• Similar to most lightweight jackets, it's a bit flimsyOverall I'm really pleased with this jacket, and I take it with me any time there's a chance of rain.

Perfect. Exactly what it’s meant to do!

This pocket mac is stylish and super compact! I purchased this to take on a cruise ship holiday where we have lots of outdoor activities planned. Not knowing what the weather will be this is ideal to shove in a rucksack and carry with you in case of a shower!The coat is stylish, super lightweight and screws up into a nice small package. There is a small carry bag included. Waterproofing wise, it worked!Love it!
