I love this plant-based supplement as it has ingredients that are natural. I've had no issues with these capsules and definitely love the bladder control it provides. I get more sleep now and in turn feel more energetic during the day.

So this product does take longer to notice any changes compared to others like it, that I've noticed. I doesn't seem to be helping too much but I have noticed something happening. For the price I probably won't grab these again and go back to what I've been using in the past. No noticeable aftertaste and easy to swallow.

It's only been a week, however I have noticed a difference. Is that too soon to tell? I don't know. These are a tad larger than average sized capsules, easy to take, have a slight molasses scent, nothing objectionable at all & no adverse side effects. I will continue taking them & give an update when I've finished the bottle. Giving them 4 stars b/c so far so good. Fingers crossed for even more improvement

I'm taking this as instructed, 2 pills with a meal (I chose breakfast) for about the last week. I think I'm seeing a change. I drink a lot of water at work (nothing above the daily recommendation for staying hydrated). And, I feel I am making fewer trips to the restroom...or maybe fewer urgent trips. And, definitely not getting up 3 times at night. So, having a chance to go deeper into dreamland. (Sometimes a good thing, sometimes not!).The ingredients are all natural herbal/plant compounds, in a proprietary blend which I guess means nobody else is combining the same ingredients in the same mix,or with the same plant components/extracts. Haven't had the time to delve into the literature or the research on each ingredient. But, as usual... do your own research via reputable sources (ie. Pub Med), and check with a medical professional to see if it's okay for you to try this supplement. Of note, it does contain Vitamin D, so if you're already taking daily vitamin D check to make sure it's okay to take more.There is a bit of an aftertaste... it reminds me of the codfish oil some of us took when we were kids. It's not bad enough to have the spoonful of sugar "to make the medicine go down."

I started using this product a week ago.. I didn't notice any change. Its components are natural. It did not cause me any allergies or side effects. I'm still waiting for results .. but overall good quality and I’m sure it needs more time for noticeable results.

So, I took this entire bottle before wanting to give my review on this product. I took it everyday until the bottle was empty. I struggle with retention when it comes to going pee, unfortunately. I feel like I always have more pee even after going pee, almost always. I’ve gone through tons of bladder tests and MRIs and they have found nothing.I did not notice any changes with my retention issues while taking this supplement, daily. But, because of the nature of this supplement it’s just hard to tell if a change happens because of the supplement or something else you may have consumed or a different and/or new med you may start, or-just a change in your body, ya know? So yea, it’s just really hard to say. I can only say I personally did not notice any changes for the better or for worse, while taking this supplement daily.

The capsules are a winner for me for two reasons, they are vegan based, and then these work. Although a bit pricey, but provide comfort by reducing the urge to go time after time by controlling with its herbs and powerful ingredients. The bottle contains 30 caps, good for 15 days. Perfect for the elderly who need to gain confidence and save from embarrassing situations of incontinence.

Got this for my mom, as she was wanting something to help with bladder support and frequency.She finished the entire bottle, and has not noticed any difference.It's really hard to say if it needs to be taken longer, or if maybe she has other factors working against her, but it just didn't work out for us.
