I didn't want to buy the expensive (but good) Milwaukee mounting plate for the wall, so I bought those stealth mount and I'm more that happy with them.Bought 2 packs, use 3 of them for each small organizer, it works really well

At first I thought they where a bit weak but they are still sturdy no issues

Only used few and work. Seem like they should hold up

These worked out great.First off- the layout wasn’t hard at all. If hanging on the wall, get someone to hold the box in place and slip two of these cleats on the bottom end “feet” then trace with a thin pencil (trace the section you can reach).Then move the box and you have a position for attaching the first two cleats.From there you need to measure distances from feet to feet and lay that out on the surface. *distance from rear feet to front most feet is 8”.Measure and layout. Repeat as needed.For horizontal mounting, use one of these placed backwards to act as the clasp. They will then lock in place. See pics. I highly recommend.
