DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY
I got this item thinking that it would be really nice. The fan is very weak on the highest setting. Using the water feature for "added" cooling makes no difference even with the ice packs. Very poor product. I will be returning this item. It does not work as advertised.

Great Product
We bought this for or 5th wheel. It gets hot in our 5th wheel Montana Country in direct sunlight. We fill this with water and ice and it does a good job keeping the heat down in South Texas. I have to refill the ice when in use because it's 110 degrees outside. It is not an ac unit. Do not expect it to cool an entire house. It keeps our bedroom or living room cooler.

Berry disappointed
Purchased this item to help cool down and add some air flow to our small living room. Unless you are directly infront of it you can’t feel air blowing even on the high setting. Adding the cold blocks barley cool anything down and again you have to have it very close to you to feel the effects. Very disappointed with this item.

Even full of ice... doesn't do much
I would return this if I could.. but unfortunately it did not get really hot until after the return window. Even full of ice water this fan only cools directly in front of fan. The fan itself is super weak.. so the cool air does not disperse even in a small room (my daughter's nursery). Not worth the money.

Pretty good but awful to clean
This is the first room cooler that has actually worked fairly well in a small bedroom. I would like it to have greater water capacity. The big drawback is what has to be done to clean the water tank; it is very difficult to move the power cord and the water pickup line from the tank before it can be removed, and then it must be forced into place. It could easily be improved. But since it does work, we'll likely keep it

So so
So it does work, however I will say you better have alot of ice and ice packs on hand for this to help for more than a few hours. The fan is great and moves air so well. The resivor needs to be insulated like a swamp cooler because the ice packs melt fast sitting in that tub. It does cool the area down buy be ready to top the ice off often.
