I’ve bought one of these each of the last 15 or so years for keeping a log of my work hours. It is small enough to be easily stored on the go, or on my desk, yet there is enough room for my daily entries, including weekends.One week is displayed at a time, and there is no annoying spiral binding. Perfect for my needs.

As I wrote about the other planner; convenient size and features to organize information for a year and lower prices than some even at store.

I buy one of these every year as a planner and this one was a Class Above. I especially like how it lays flat when opened. At the top of the page is a small calendar of the whole current month and the next month. Also room at the back for "future planning" and tabs with the alphabet on them - which I assume are for telephone numbers and addresses as needed. This is not a large part of the book but approximatedly 6 boxes for each letter. Just a well thought out weekly planner. Durable plastic cover also.

At-A-Glance Weekly Appointment Book, Item #G250-00:I've worked in retail financial services for over 40 years and like to keep a paper calendar on my desk for my weekly client appointments, even though we now have a computerized client contact system with a calendar, which I can share with my two assistants, who schedule my 8 to 15 weekly meetings. I like the compact size and the ability to flip back and forth very quickly between weekly views. I can do the same thing on my computer screen; however, I normally have other screen views up on my 2 computer monitors all the time. I like the half hour divisions for each business day, 8 to 5. The spiral binding helps it lay flat, when it’s open on the corner of my desk, or close neatly, if I want to take it with me, in my coat pocket. One thing that I miss, which they used to have, are tabs for each month. They have alphabetical tabs at the back for contacts (names, addresses and phone numbers); but they stopped including the monthly tabs several years ago. So, my do-it-yourself fix, is to use Post-it tabs for each month. It’s not as neat, but it works for me. One other thing that they deleted, is the map showing US time zones. Because I have clients in different states, that comes in quite handy, so I have to make a copy of the map from other sources and tape it to the back page.

I use a digital calendar, but really like having this small physical one mainly to make personal notes. I enjoy keeping these from year to year and looking back over my notes - almost like a mini diary. This one is nice quality and thin for storing.

I buy these for myself every year, and have them going back many years (attests to the durability of the product!) and this year I noticed how dark and crisp the print is!Whoever is in charge of the look of these did a fine, upstanding job! I am impressed!The spiral binding for this small one from AT-A-GLANCE is new for me. I love the way it immediately lays flat! No having to hold it open constantly like the regular binding I usually get. I think I will switch over. You'd think it wouldn't make that much of a difference, but I found it did.There are "hours" written small on each day: 8 am - 5 pm hour by hour.There is a small, indexed address book area in the back.What I miss:Having the time zone map in the back. I don't use the Metric Conversion or the Important Dates pages in the front, so I don't miss those.

Perfect size for a purse, and easy to keep track of appointments/notes/important dates. Especially good if you are not to tech saavy to put all this on a phone !

This planner is the perfect size, fits in my briefcase pocket with no issues. I like that the dates have lines I can write on and that the binding is sturdy.

I buy one annually as it works well and fits into a pocket easily.
