Good light box but power lead broke, difficult to find a replacement and no way of contacting seller to complain!

Its a good A3 light box, the best bit is the power lead is not a daft micro usb which becomes loose after a while so its so much better. The worst thing is it doesnt have the ruler measurements up the side and along the top which is daft because their acrylic model does so i dont see why they are missing from this one, im going to hund the net to see if i can find something i can use

Product stopped working after use 3 times ,I only used it to check few drawing and one fine day after purpose of hardly 2 months it never switched back on again ,contacted supplier, followed suggestions to check ,but its not turning on ,total waste of money and supplier has also not responded after confirming back that suggestions did not work ,followed up again ,no reply yet

First one broke after 8 months then replaced, and another broke 4 months after that and the 3rd one broke last night, less than a year after it was replaced, these are crap Chinese circuitry and probably dangerous.
