Remington Great American bird Hunt

This game is awesome. It's a hard game, but you can get thru it because the scenario is the same each time you play a level, so if you don't make it the first time, you can try again. Grouse hunting is the most difficult, in my opinion. I started out playing this with my Perfect Shot Pistol, and now I'm playing with my SureShot Rifle (slightly modified). Check out my review on the rifle. I bought the rifle over the shotgun--they're very similar. Anyway, the game graphics are good--not great. The sound effects are great--not just good. The gameplay, while predictable, is difficult enough so you'll have to play a few screens over a few times to get the gold medals, but easy enough that it can be done (a little easier than Grand Slam North American)with a few tries. My advice: Don't Miss -- Keep those chain bonuses rolling! Use your hunter vision wisely! Shoot your bonus targets and flock bonuses with hunter vision whenever you can. I play this game, Cabelas Dangerous Hunts 2011, and Grand Slam NA almost exclusively on my Wii. Overall: Excellent.

My wife purchased this game for our anniversary. She thought I would like it. Well, we both love playing it. We spend way too much time but sure do have a lot of fun and laughs (at each other).What I would like to see changed...I have the Activision gun and when using it, the "shooting" trigger is the front one. Wish it were designed to use the rear trigger more simulating a gun.

I bought this game kind of on a whim just because my husband and I have a couple other hunting games for Wii and I seemed to always do the best on the bird hunting levels on those. I started playing it and loved it so much that I played until I beat the whole game in one night! The levels are fun and challenging in single player mode and my husband and I have tried out the versus and hunting party modes a little and found them enjoyable too. I wish it would have been compatible with the rifle attachment we have for other games but at least it's compatible with the Wii Zapper. We also own the Perfect Shot attachment and while it's a little strange to be bird hunting with a pistol, it makes for really easy handling and I actually prefer it to the Wii Zapper for this game. Overall, a fun and challenging game and I'd definitely recommend it!

It's a no brainer, but fun none the less. After playing some of the newer hunting/shooting games, this one is a bit easier than I remember. For those that remember the original arcade game, this one takes you back a bit, but with some new twists. My only negative about this game is, make sure to look close at the package and not just the product description. On the upper left corner of the package, it indicates this game is only compatible with the Wi Zapper. The product description does not mention this. Had I known this game was only compatible with the Wii Zapper, I would not have bought it, as I don't own a Wii Zapper. I prefer to shoot a gun with the trigger in the correct location and not on the front end of the gun.

I found this game to be very slow and did not enjoy it at all. It took too long for animals to appear. I gave it to my nephew and he had the same complaint. I would not recommend this item.

My whole purpose in buying this game was to have something better than the shooting game that came with the Wii. After reading the reviews, I thought this game was the ticket. I was wrong. Terrible graphics, boring after about 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this game. It's a waste of time. Just like the Wii (in my opinion).

Lots of shooting, and isn't that why we purchased this game. Just using the WII controller, but may purchase the gun later. Enjoyed running up my scores while practicing, but the head to head competition against another hunting is terrific. Good thing we didn't have real bullets. Not as realistic as a true hunt, but steady action.

I had introduced my boyfriend to the Wii Play game and he instantly enjoyed the shooting practice. He is not a video game enthusiast like myself, but he's grandually getting there! I was so excited when I found that there was such a game for the Wii that was just bird hunting! I bought it without hesitation and couldn't wait until it arrived! I got it over Mother's Day weekend and that's all we've played since! We haven't done anything with the one player mode, but we have played the versus and the hunting party several times. I brought this game to our family gathering and my Mom liked it so much she had me order her one too! And while I was shopping for her Bird Hunt game, I stumbled upon the North American Hunting, and I ordered that too! Can't wait to see what that's like! Great game!!

Great second hand game. Case was clean, no scratches on the disk and it plays well.
