The lock broke the first time I put on

The necklace looks nice and the quality seems good. It says that the length is adjustable but the holes seem very tiny for the chain-lock to go through, so I locked it in the first one which was slightly bigger.I wish that the necklace was not double sided with different colors as it kept shifting and it was hard to keep the charms from flipping and changing color, as you can see in one of the pic. It will work if you want both white and black color charms to show. But if you want only white charms or only black charms to show, then you have to keep on adjusting the necklace which was not what I was looking for.
