Love all Kohler product and this bath spout continue to hold its reputation with quality and functionality! it's gorgeous and cleans well! Take a look at the downloaded photo.

This Kohler water spout looks very nice, and is good quality. Water streams out solid. Diverter pull tab solid.Note: We recommend you turn off shower water first, then push diverter tab on spout down each time so no leaking water and easy release down.Complaint: Directions are lacking on an install step. We did not know the order of the washers.HERE is the Missing Instruction: Step & order: Metal clamp goes in first inside the water spout, next insert white poly washer, third insertblack rubber seal ring, then 2nd white washer facing you. You can insert the washers with needle nose pliers. (We had to take apart our old water spout to find the order of these parts which are important for it to work properly and not have water leak.)

High quality, great price, easy to install. Just had to but the pipe, unscrew the pin and I was set!

This is pretty. But it doesn’t do its one job. Not only does it leak when it is new, but the diverter pieces fall apart after very little time. Worse than useless.

This model has some sort of design flaw that makes it difficult to completely divert water up to the shower head. Everyone everywhere starts the water and then pulls the lever to send the water to the shower head, but the spout consistently fails to completely divert the flow, resulting is about a 50% +/- flow going directly to the tub and down the drain. What a waste of water!I had one installed a few years ago and it never worked right, but I just assumed that this one unit was defective and I ordered an exact replacement, which now does exactly the same thing!The only way that I was able to get it to work was to literally shove my finger up into the spout to actuate the diverter BEFORE turning on the water. This works, but what's the deal with the design? Nobody anywhere should have to find some trick to make something work!Beautiful appearance, but it's junk!

We were replacing a faucet that had broken and this was the exact one we needed.

Perfect

Easy slip-on install w/o leaks. Looks nice. Diverter is a little sticky under pressure – I typically have to give it a second nudge up with my thumb to completely stop the flow of water out of the faucet.

Very easy to install. The best of finish. Matched perfectly in our installation
