Non standard charging cable is a problem, and I had a police officer stop me to inform me it "wasn't regulation" despite helmets not being legally required anyway. Nice helmet otherwise though

Good helmet for the money the padding is a bit temperamental with coming loose nice feature for safety purposes with the light on the back plenty of adjustment on the helmet and lightweight

One annoyance! the auto on is highly annoying, and it doesn't always power itself off.If you manually power it off and then put it down (the action of putting it down turns it back on....)The app allows you to switch this off (about all the apps allows you to do)

SOS system went of repeatedly at random causing concern to my emergency contacts. Had to switch it off. E-mailed company but never got a reply. Contacted Amazon who were brilliant and issued a refund immediately. So glad I bought it through Amazon. Would not recommend Livall company.
