Veise KS01C Keyless Entry Deadbolt Door Lock with Knobs, Oil Rubbed Bronze

I have had it over a year now w/o issue. I just decided to change the batteries, and they were like brand new. The only issue I had was that the programming could have been simpler. But otherwise, I would recommend this lock for its reliability, ease of install, and convenience. No more fumbling for keys at night.

This is sleek looking and so easy to install. I absolutely love it! You can program different codes for different users and it stays charged for a very long time. I have not charged mine in months and it is still going strong!

This item is exactly as described. We love it! It was easy to install and my husband had no problems. However when it came to programming it, I had difficulty. The first thing is the rules. You can’t use consecutive numbers or patterns. I was trying to keep it easy, because it is the back door. I called customer service and spoke to Isabella and she was wonderful. Had a great sense of humor and walked me thru it in like two minutes. She was pleasant, professional and kind. She wore a smile. You could hear it in her voice. Thank you ISABELLA for making the senior a very happy person this morning.

Easy to install and program. 10/10

Can be difficult to install, be sure to use the correct template for your door. It is a very nice product and included good instructions for the installation and then the programming of the user code. The installation of the components went very well but the programming took me a long time. After a lot of attempts I finally reached out to Support. Isabella, with customer support, was very helpful and friendly in providing lock programing.

This lock hits all the buttons. It offers security without a key. You set your own 4 digit code (which you can always change) and it offers the option to add extra numbers on each side of code for added security, if someone is entering with you and you don’t want them to see the code. It also lights up when code is correct and red if incorrect. I love the way it locks behind me when leaving or entering. It makes a noise as it locks, so I know that I have shut the door. Especially useful if you have cats who are waiting to run out at every opportunity. I just push it shut. No key or button needed. No forgetting to lock door leaving in a hurry. Great feeling of security. You won’t be disappointed.

Simple to use and I don’t miss messing with a key. Really nice.

This was a great purchase and I am very pleased with the item. I called the customer service line and Aaron helped me program the lock several times and gave me superior service. I would highly recommend this product and highly recommend Aaron from customer service at Veise.

This keyless entry door lock is well-designed, modern, and very practical. It really adds both convenience and a clean look to the door. At first, I had some difficulty getting it to work properly, mostly due to my own stress at the time. However, what truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Their team was patient, responsive, and very helpful, guiding me step by step until everything was set up correctly. Thanks to their support, the lock is now working perfectly, and I’m very happy with it. A big thank you to the team for their outstanding service!

I love my new door key lock. So easy to install and when I couldn’t program it - I called the 1-800 number and my call was answered immediately. No waiting. And George was able to help me reset and reprogram my key lock in 3 minutes. The service is amazing and the key lock is fantastic. Highly recommend

Easy to install and works as it should

This is an excellent product - easy to install and a quality product. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to see from the inside as to whether the door is locked - the turn knob on the inside is the same colour as the rest of the inside cover and, as with many front entrance halls, the lighting is not good unless you turn a light on.... I have had to put a white strip on the turn knob to indicate which way the knob is turned.

Modern look ..ordered the black. Suggest you check your hole measurements for knob .. ours had to be adjusted to fit . Works well
