Not as great as KT tape pretty good for the price. I wasn’t sure if I would like the pre-cut strips, but they worked out to be the perfect length. The only downside is that adhesive seem to cause a little bit of irritation on the skin, hat we didn’t have the KT tape

I use to support and give additional relief to wrist and elbow and it works great. I really notice a difference after using during workouts there is much less pain associated with the areas I use the tape.It is a great price and I will keep using this product.

Easy to use and prefer the color nude over others I had. Just bought it again to help support ankle injury. Worn in pool, shower and at beach, lasts several days. Leaves sight residue but easy to wipe off if on for 5 days. Had to change sooner when at beach due to sand but didn’t come off on it’s own. Affordable price and shipping takes few days @my location w/ prime.

You cannot use skin cream at night with this. I bought the nude color.
