WONDERFUL SERVICE AT SUCH A SAD TIME
This lovely memorial plaque arrived just 24 hours after it was ordered - beautifully wrapped in paw print ribbons .Not only is the slate really heavy and of good quality , but the wording has been accurately , and lovingly enscribed .The unexpected , added bonus , was the kind letter from ' Gemma' at the company that was enclosed with the plaque.This company truly knows how to treat grieving people - the extra attention to detail that is so sadly missing now at most companies.I wish them every success in the future.

So beautiful and so touching
This product was superb. The lettering was perfectly spaced, and to be able to customise a message in the way I did for my friend who lost her beloved dog, gave her great comfort. Why send a card when you can send something of high quality which will last forever and need never be put away in a cupboard! The delivery was extremely fast, and when I contacted the seller (I'd made a slight mistake on something) the response was warm and positive. If any friends of mine lose a beloved pet again in the future, I wont hesitate to get back to this seller.

Beautiful Pet Memorial
I ordered the memorial based on the excellent reviews and I am so glad that I did.This natural slate heart memorial for my wonderful Springer that we lost after 15 years is just what I wanted as a tribute to her in our garden.The personalising of the memorial is made easy and the quality of the slate and the lettering excellent.The order to delivery was so quick, the paw print ribbon and the letter from Gemma is thoughtful . A lovely looking plaque. Nice natural slate and looks good inside or out. Really sensitively handled and came well packaged very quickly. Lovely touch to have a warm and sensitive message from the seller. We were really grateful for that given that we had just lost our beloved Ola. Beautiful product, super fast delivery!
This is a beautiful memorial to our much loved 12 year old labrador who we lost last weekend. I ordered on Monday morning, the slate was despatched the same day and arrived the next day. Couldn't be happier with it! It was also wrapped in a lovely pawprint ribbon and accompanied by a beautifully thoughtful letter from the seller. I would highly recommend.
