Hits the spot like no other
From the very first sip, I was captivated by the invigorating combination of zesty lemon and cooling mint. The flavours burst my taste buds into a delightful symphony of refreshment. The lemon adds a bright and tangy note, while the mint brings a cool and invigorating touch. Together, they create a perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing flavour. The carbonation in Go Lightly's Lemon and Mint is just right! The bubbles dance on your tongue, enhancing the overall refreshment and adding a playful touch to each sip.As someone who values healthier beverage options, I was thrilled to discover that this sparkling water is free from artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and colours.Would recommend

Deliciously refreshing and no sweeteners
Great to find a healthy drink without sweeteners. Had it with lunch and went really well with my salad. The taste is very natural and the mint adds a refreshing note. It’s lightly sparkling but not really fizzy.

Needs some work as a product
First impressions are not good here. The branding needs a lot of work, generally the can looks too busy with stuff all over the place. It misses on several key elements, notably, the logo is lost in a sea of shapes. Worse than this, the labels are bubbling on some of the cans, and the ring pulls are corroded. Some quality control needed there. What's written on the can comes off as pretentious, and a little annoying to me. I can stand the relatively innocuous claims of goodness, and it being "vegan" (which surely 99.9% of soft drinks are), but I am sick of seeing ordinary drinks being branded as "pressé", which describes a freshly pressed juice. Go Lightly is made from concentrate, so it's certainly not fresh, and I'd be willing to bet it's juiced rather than pressed too.All this is unfortunate, because I do like the drink itself. It's sweet without being sugary, light, and the mint hit comes at the end, and doesn't interfere with the orange, rather it leaves a nice fresh feeling in its wake. The carbonation is pleasant, and I find it refreshing in the hot weather. We're not out of the woods yet though, as this 12 pack came in at £18 at the time of review, so £1.50 per can. Compare this to Fanta at 56p, or San Pellegrino at 58p per 250ml can, and this starts to look extremely expensive. I think it's fair to charge a higher price for a more natural product, but nigh on 3 times the price of regular drinks is just too much.Work is needed here to make this a competitive soft drink. Fortunately the taste is there so there's certainly a chance.

I like the flavour
I really like the orange and mint combination. It is summery and fresh and I'm digesting it quite well. It is easy to drink on its own or with meals and it has a good amount of fizz. I had one with ice and one straight from the fridge. The one with ice was a bit more diluted for my taste so I prefer it straight from the fridge. I recommend this drink, it is a good value pack.
