Doesnt' lather therefore doesnt penetrate
This shampoo doesn't lather, and therefore doesn't penetrate if you're a female with regular to thick hair. Completely useless. Wish it would have worked. no good.

Doesn't seem to be working for me
I have a line of itchy scales where my hair "parts" on the very top of my scalp. I put some of this product in that area and massage it in and wait for 5 minutes. Then I use other shampoo for the rest of my hair and rinse. I have not noticed ANY DIFFERENCE in my problem area. Wasted $20.

It suppose to help with psoriasis, but I saw very little result. I washed every day. But over all it is a good shampoo minus psoriasis relief.
