This jack is heavy which surprised me but it works wonders and frees up my 3 ton manual jack for other uses, if your a mobile mechanic it saves time and is very useful.

Reading other reviews helps a lot. It is slow, but not a deal breaker I'm not bent over working a jack handle. It's strongest on the larger diameter first stage, keep that in mind lifting heavy loads. Mine also got stuck extended, but releasing pressure with the included hex key worked (as described in other reviews). Haven't found an additional battery, probably will end up modifying to use a common drill battery. Remote control antenna falls out, but pushed in still works fine at close range. Have used about 2 dozen times so far, no problems.

I love the car jack, but the electric impact wrench was broke when I got it! It sucks I can’t return one without the other since they came together.. the jack works great but the wrench I never got to use. Not even fixable either.

There were no instructions on how to use the remote, nor how the steps to take to correctly start and stop the unit.
