My mom fell in the bathroom and thank goodness one of the buttons was near-by that allowed her to call for help. This is so simple and cost effective but can really make a huge impact on peace of mind. The bell by default does sounds a lot like a regular doorbell but it can be changed to something more distinctive like a siren.

The beauty of this alarm system is that it can be set to different tones so much your musical and won’t interfere with the doorbell ringing sound. It works well across three floors. It is a one-way alarm system only so there is no feedback available from the alarm sounding devise to the person, pressing the button.

We have a 23 yo son who is non verbal. This is great for when he goes to the bathroom and is ready for us to come help him. Allows him to have some privacy and still get help when it’s needed. We have a 3 story home and the speaker on the main floor and a button on each level and have no connectivity issues at all. They are probably 65’ apart.

These worked great at first, but occasionally when you push the button, it doesn’t sound on the receiver. That’s a huge problem when there’s an emergency. If you keep pushing it, it eventually works, but you shouldn’t have to push it 6 times. I don’t have the buttons far from the receiver, so I can’t speak to their range. I ended up ordering different ones with longer range and more receivers, so I can put them farther away and in different places which is way more helpful. The worst part though, is the terrible sounds. There isn’t one good sound. They are all terribly obnoxious. Definitely don’t recommend these, there are better options out there for similar price.

This call button system works great!It works when the transmitter is outside in the yard, even into the street.Love the different volumes and many ring sounds.

Got these since my mom broke her hip, these have been great. She can call foro help anywhere in the house. I have one attached to the walker, one in the shower and one on a necklace she wears. That way if she falls she can call for help.You can choose from many tones and alarms, so you can get sirens or music, whatever works best for you.

I got these for my husband who had trouble walking sometimes and would fall occasionally. We had a previous set from another brand but they eventually wore out and I got these as a replacement. They work well and we had no range issues in a 2700sf single story house. The receiver is pretty loud and has a variety of ringtones to choose from. The button part of this set is silicone coated and much more water resistant than what we had before so that was a big plus. He could leave it on in the shower if he felt unstable.I cannot comment on longevity, though, as he passed away about a month after we got these. But construction was typical of these things and looked fine so I did not expect any issues with it.

This alarm has been a wonderful helper! My dad was confined to a bed for weeks after surgery. This alarm set solved the issue of not being able to hear him calling. It was EXTREMELY easy to install, you just plug the speaker box in an outlet of your choice . It can be added it to a central location where it's easily heard or wherever you feel works for your needs. The call boxes stay with the person who needs assistance. They can hold it, sit it by them on a table or wear it around their neck using the included lanyard. I was able to choose the sound that I preferred, and there were a lot of sound options to choose from, which was nice. I was also able to adjust the volume to my needs. It seems to have a great range. I've been able to move the speaker box to different areas depending on where I am. There are three call boxes, which I think would be convenient to have if you were taking care of multiple people. The speaker box shows which call box needs help by indicating number 1, 2 for 3. My husband, who wears hearing aids, also loves it because he can hear the speaker very well.
