I have not used this type of tape previously but find it excellent for covering and protecting cuts etc , i suffer from skin splits near my nails, which quickly become sore and difficult to heal quickly unless protected by dressings . Although this tape is self adhesive, i put a little sticking plaster or micropore tape around it to ensure that it does not slip off while gardening etc , where hands often get damp . Generally its difficult to keep sticking plasters in place for long doing this type of work, this holds very well. I don’t put any dressing pads underneath this bandage as it is soft and absorbent without it . It’s a brilliant dressing for my needs and I will purchase again when required.

Love these soo much! My mother’s knee sometimes hurts and feels loose and this tape was perfect in holding it tight and relieving the pain! They don’t feel itchy after applying like some tapes out there and they are easy to remove and wont pull your hairs off!! They also come with the metal pieces for holding them in place!
