Good to use
The breather is actually useful to make me breathe deep and cough when I need to.

Settings were not calibrated correctly
I ordered two of these. I opened the first and tried it. The settings were not of increasing effort as described, but rather all over the place. Returned them both.

Excellent breath training
When I was released from the hospital I felt overwhelming fatigue. I started breathing exercises the way I was shown in the hospital. My breathing became normal and Iβm no longer out of breath. Always check with your doctor first but itβs made a big difference to me.
