It is good to keep cool gel under the pillow when the weather humid, it's helps. It is good quality and cleans easy.

Not really sure what the point it - Feels chilled but too hard and crunchy to have just under pillow case and anymore can’t feel it.

Works!!
I’ve used this several times on my pillow at night (with my own personal summers!) and after the initial cold it adjusts to a better temp and I sleep well. I also used it for a headache/migraine helped relax me and it was a blessing as it helped me manage it!

WASTE OF MONEY!!
Don’t waste your money!! Absolutely useless!! Does not cool, infact it heats up with your body heat & you’re basically lying on a hot gel pad 🤷🏽♀️ VERY UNCOMFORTABLE & people shouldn’t be allowed to sell stuff that are the opposite of what they’re meant to be 😡 If I could rate no stars I would!!
