How Spiderman evolves after the Carnage/Goblin ending...
The book itself is put together fantastic. I wish though that on the back dust jacket they put the cover facsimiles in order like other Marvel Omnibuses. I liked the stories and how they brought back a lot of old faces and many new ones but throughout these 43 issues there's "NO MENTION" of Harry or Liz Osborne ????? What exactly happened to them??? And then after the way FLASH heroically died in CARNAGE/GOBLIN story lines there isn't one mention of him at all.... hopefully there will be some story lines with them in the next volume. The character of KINDRED was introduced rather early on, like issue 1 of AMAZING and FCB Day so I'm guessing this is going to be the entire story line of SPENCER'S run. I'm looking forward for the next run of stories and how this turns out for Pete

A great modern spiderman!
I don't know why people say this run isn't that great. I'm almost halfway through, and I can't put it down. It's a witty spiderman that's with MJ, and his roommate is his enemy Boomerang lol what more could you want.

Could have asked for better Spider-Man content.
This run is Amazing (no pun intended) and it is an excellent startpoint.

Nick Spencer can write
However although the book was ordered nearly eight months in advance, the drop in price was decent, but not like the old days. It arrived with all corners dinged. It is actively being returned. I am glad Amazon has a sound return policy. In terms of omnibuses, the prices are simply bad. They do not drop in price for some time. Pre-ordering can help but often does not. This has a generally poor binding, if that binding is like other recent binding choices; you must decide your own limits, compare with a sound book maker and decide.

Back to the Basics
Nick Spencer writes Spider-Man with the realization that the past decade of stories has struggled to be faithful to the character. It is a detailed story with tons of callbacks to past Spider-Man stories in the best possible way. With a hopeful ending, who knows maybe "One More Day" could FINALLY be annulled.

SOFTCOVER IS NOT THE SAME BOOK
If you want the 43+ issue omnibus that the hardcover is stated to be, DO NOT BUY THE SOFTCOVER. It only covers the first 15 issues and is exorbitantly expensive to have shipped from the UK for less than half of what the product page promises. The softcover's product page tells you nothing, leaving you to assume that, as it is listed as simply the softcover version of the hardcover omnibus, they're the same.I doubt that this is intentionally a scam, but more likely someone who put up the product page being too lazy to finish the job.Simply, DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK unless all you want is the first 15 issues.

No es el omnibus completo
este de pasta blanda solo llega hasta el volumen 15, mientras que el de pasta dura al volumen 43... y lo tienen a un precio muy similiar y en la misma pagina del producto con los 43 volumenes

Almost perfect
I usually don't care much about tiny bumps and things like that. But this time the dust jacket came with a pretty nasty cut.Everything else is in good condition.

This comic is too harshly reviewed
This arrived in amazing condition, the corners weren't damaged, no scratches and it came wrapped. The art is amazing (following the title ironically ๐) personally I like the story, Spencer really puts that Parker luck to the test! Not to mention the host of cameos throughout the story. The price is a bit steep but considering you donโt have to search for every issue or trade paper back it certainly seems worth the price.
