Yes it might have protein and fibre, but I hate the taste.
I usually buy another brand of breakfast drink but decided to give this a try. It's a little more expensive so I thought it must be more enjoyable.Many people might love it, but I can barely stomach the taste. To me it's like a really bitter, out of date milk, coffee kind of taste.Not for me I'm afraid.
