You get two different types of masks with this product: One fully covers your eye area; One has holes allowing you see while the mask is being worn. The masks are unusual compared to other gel masks that I've tried in two respects. First, other masks have one solid gel membrane, while these masks have many (maybe 100?) small gel beads floating freely in some kind of liquid medium inside a single container. Second, other masks have their gel membrane covered by a uniform thin cloth material, while these masks have one insulated side and one exposed side. Offering an insulated side is a superior design decision because it moderates the temperature to a safe level when you prepare the masks in a freezer instead of in a refrigerator.Having a mask with eye holes is, obviously, useful for being able to see when wearing the mask. My eyeglasses fit over the mask without trouble, but my eyeglasses were kept in place by the mask, not my ears, and the mask extended the distance from the lenses to my eyes a bit. In my case, this wasn't an issue, but be fore-warned.What else to mention? How about the straps? I'm not too confident about the durability of the elastic used in the straps; it seems the type of elastic that will easily deform / stretch with use. The straps have a small velcro adjustment area; the velcro coverage is small, but it's probably sufficient for most terrestrial human heads. The product isn't designed with any other strap adjustment option, so if the elastic does stretch you'll need to DIY a solution.

These reusable eye compress masks are a must-have for relaxation and soothing tired eyes. The adjustable Velcro band ensures a perfect fit. One mask features eye holes, ideal for being able to work, read, or watch TV. The other mask is solid, perfect for deep relaxation. These masks can be used as hot or cold compresses. I found 10 seconds in the microwave, 2 hours in the refrigerator, or 1 hour in the freezer worked best. The masks have a gel side, filled with hundreds of flexible soft beads, and a soft chenille material side. I prefer the soft material side when using as a cold compress, and the gel side when using as a warm/hot compress. Both sides are exceptionally comfortable to wear, and the masks come with a clear storage bag for convenience. Highly recommend!

These are great eye patches, the gel beads make them SO comfortable.My favorite thing to do is wrap the blindfold one in a heating pad and let it get nice and warm, then place it over my eyes before bed time, plastic side touching the skin. When I wake up in the morning, my eyes are so moisturized and wrinkle free.The one with eye-holes I keep in the freezer and wear it if I need to get puffy eyes. It works very well and is also comfortable.These were a great order and I find myself using these more often than not. So far they're holding up very well 5/5 stars.

I got these to have on hand when my wife has a bad headache or migraine. Literally, one day after they arrived, my son woke up with a headache. He put the invisible mask on, just above his eyes, to help with the achiness. So, these definitely came in handy right away.I like that you have the option of having both an invisible and visible mask ... sometimes you want to block out all the light so having the invisible one is nice.Easy to put on your head ... adjustable strap was simple to use.I put both packs in the freezer. Putting them on, after being in the cold temps for a while, they are a comforting cold. They are cold but not so much that you can only stand to have them on for a few minutes.I've had these one day and they've already come in handy around the house. Thumbs up from me.

I received the ice pack for eyes undamaged in a plastic re-usable sturdy bag. Two came in a pack one with eyes holes and one without.I like the plastic storage bag that it comes in because it's nice and sturdy and can be used to house the ice packs while cooling in the refrigerator. The back of the icepacks are velvety soft, which took me by surprise. I didn't expect these eye masks to have fabric since they will get wet by condensation, but it wasn't too bad. The satin back that rests on the eyes actually feels nice! I usually wear these after a bath or after washing my face so it doesn't get dirty and I haven't "washed" them yet, but I don't think it will be too difficult to clean them without damaging the fabric.Overall, these are nice ice eye masks! I like to use them at least once a week or when I haven't gotten enough sleep.

I love that this set comes with one mask that covers the eyes and another with openings for the eyes. When you combine the two styles with the fact that these can be used hot, chilled, or frozen, it makes this a ver versatile set.I love the one that covers the eyes for heat when dealing with dry eyes and allergies. It does not take long to heat up in my microwave and the fuzzy side is so relaxing. The mask that has openings for the eyes is great frozen for helping with sinus pain or headaches. When I freeze it I prefer the fuzzy side, but if I just chill it in the fridge I like the smooth side.The hook and loop closure makes adjusting the size a breeze and allows for a good comfortable fit.

I use sleep masks for daily meditation and am collecting quite a few of them. This is the second mask I have received with a cold or warmth feature and I really like the cold feature. These masks are clear plastic on one side, where you can actually see the little pink beads, and the other side is a soft pink material. One mask has the eye cut out for seeing while the other is a full mask. Both have a nice Velcro strap system to adjust the band to your needs. These masks stay very cold for about 25 minutes. A neat feature is you can move the beads around a bit within the mask..so if you don’t want much cold say on the bridge of your nose you and push the little beads off the the sides…all in all a great value at this price point.
