This hasn’t made any difference to my iron levels... well not enough to stop me craving ice .... if I crave to eat ice it’s cause I’m low on iron ..... so I took this for 2 months and still wanting to eat ice.... bought the Raw iron capsules 26mgs of natural iron per cap took for 2 weeks and stopped wanting to eat ice ... so go for the raw iron if u are really low this product only gives you 5mgs not enough for daily intake ......

I'm pregnant and have extremely low iron levels, I flat out refuse to take them horrible capsules you get prescribed from the doctor.. they make me so ill so I started taking spatone original but tastes horrible, but THESE are generally actually ok to shot and been taking them a few weeks now and I have personally noticed a difference in my energy levels and I'm actually getting out of bed now. I really recommend if you don't wanna take them life destroying capsuals you are prescribed.

My friend recommend to me. In pregnancy I was seriouslky lacking iron this was the best to get into your system fast and safe for pregnancy (take 2 if pregnant 1 if not) all family members now take it. Still taking it 5 months after pregnancy, keeps me functioning
