I already had a bike, so we got this scooter for my wife so we could go out together with our dog. I take the dog with me and she rides alone. It’s been smooth and easy for her to use. The speed settings are helpful and she feels comfortable riding it even on uneven roads. We’ve been using it more on our evening walks. It folds up pretty quick when we need to load it into the car. Battery life has been solid so far and charging doesn’t take too long either. The lights make it feel safer when it gets a little dark out. Also like that she can adjust stuff through the app without messing with buttons while riding.

The app allows you to lock, unlock set speed, limit response time and a lot more settings to customize based on your requirements. Overall, the bike is really study and easy to maneuver on the roads. The assembly was super easy as it came preassembled. The color and style of the wheel is also amazing. It looks more cleaner.

Poor quality. We bought 4. All gently used, flat ground. Barely 33 miles on it when the range for a single trip is 19 miles. 2 completely stopped working. One won't even turn on. 1 turns on, brake light blinks and it won't go anywhere at all. After 3 calls and no lie 4 + hours on phone nothing. First two times the Amazon rep said I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours from the manufacturer and they ignored. Never heard a single thing from manufacturer to back up their products. Apparently the name of the game is to make garbage that can last just past some ridiculously short time frame and then stonewall. Honestly I'm not surprised from something built in China standards, I am more upset with Amazon who wouldn't hold their feet to the fire and take care of a great long term customer. I expected them to do better and they didn't. Either way.. Avoid this product and the manufacturer Roinside altogether!

A ton of my friends have electric scooters, so I wanted to get one to be able to go riding with them. This is way cheaper than renting the local electric scooters. After just a couple rental uses this thing pays for itself. It goes about 20mph at its top speed and the battery lasts a long time. It's pretty sturdy and seems really well made. My little guy has an eletric dirtbike and this is perfect to be able to go out and ride next to him. Seriously, you need one. They are so fun! Also, the app is super neat and user friendly.

I like this scooter, and for the ~8Miles I need it to get to work it's *almost* sufficient.Pros: Lightweight, Small in dimensions, Sturdy build, good shock absorption.Takes time to accelerate, but can reach 19mph under the right conditions (no headwind, flat road). otherwise ~13mph.Cons: Abysmal battery life. I get around 6 miles. I have about 500 miles on it, ~8 miles to get to work and back, and always come back always completely drained.I am near the max limit however - so I am sure the engine works a lot and drains the battery... still - 7 miles?
