Was initially so happy to get this, since I was excited about the H2OKinetic feature (all the spray holes on this have that process, as compared to other Delta models which only have a few of them.) The build quality is fine, it's heavier than the cheap plastic shower heads, and the hose in particular was wonderful in the matter black color and with no leaks. After I got this thing up & running, I was thrilled just to see it hanging in my shower because it looks so good. And that made me take a lot of showers with it. But ultimately this item was returned, because I couldn't get good water pressure from it. The pull-out wand especially is a joke; the so-called 'massage' setting felt like a weak tickle and any other settings were just on the upside of a weak trickle. The metal pushbutton spray selector on the wand is great, but what's the point, if the pressure is too weak to ever use the wand? The H2OKinetic process does indeed feel different: fatter droplets, wider spray, but even if that process does "retain warmth", it's minimal, and that can't overcome weak pressure no matter how much Delta tries to make you believe it does. This company seems to be absolutely obsessed with water-saving; there were at least 3 flow restrictors to remove (2 in the wand!), which was far more difficult than it should've been, and even after removal, it didn't help the pressure much (if at all.) Had trouble getting shampoo out of my hair with *any* setting on either shower head. And with this model, there are so few spray choices that you're basically stuck with the one that has the most strength; the others are virtually worthless. And don't even try to use both heads at the same time; the pressure goes into the unacceptable zone on both (for me, anyway.) I had to use one or the other, and they might as well not have even included the pathetic wand anyway, unless your only plan for it is to bathe an infant. I gave it a fair shot, wanted to like it, but one thing kept going through my mind every time I showered: "I paid $150 for this, and yes it looks fantastic and has a cool spray gimmick - but I can't get anything but weak pressure!" It had to go back. I went with a $50 Aquarius Mist shower head that has the kind of decent pressure & multitude of spray settings a $150 shower head SHOULD'VE had, if Delta wasn't so concerned with sticking a multitude of little devices inside that make sure you don't get good pressure. Maybe if you have stunningly powerful water pressure in your home, then you could make good use of this product - the H2OKinetic spray DOES feel relaxing & unique, no question - but I only have average pressure, and I sure couldn't.

I've had this shower head for several months now and all I can say is "wow"! My home has decent water pressure, but it's not great. I also have a relatively small hot water heater (40 gallons).I previously had a dual-shower head setup that provided good coverage and decent pressure, but I'd run out of hot water when taking longer showers. This shower head uses less water, but it provides better coverage and the pressure feels much better.Another bonus is the technology in the shower head that creates larger water droplets. They retain more heat, so I don't have to turn on as much hot water but still enjoy a hot shower. Since installing this shower head, I haven't run out of water once.The ability to easily switch between the main shower head and the handheld is great, and I really like the different streams of water to choose from.I thought about removing the water restrictor to really open this baby up, but there's really no need to. It's a great experience right out of the box.

It’s beautiful and feels great but we are still getting used to how to use it and taking the handle away from the main isn’t super easy. I feel I like I will have to explain how to use it to guest or they my rip it out of the wall.

I actually bought 3 of these for 3 showers but had to return one. The shower head is not easy to adjust so when it's installed it sprays toward the back of the shower. We had a hard time moving the head to adjust where it sprays so I called Delta and they told me to run it under hot water. That did make it move down somewhat but the spray for one of my showers still had it going into the wall. I thought the stream would be stronger but it's ok. I love the magnetic head on it . I would buy it again but it's better for a tub shower than a small shower stall.

First of all, I gave two stars because of Amazon customer service, I was able to return the item without Box.However the product I would give one star because it all made out of PLASTIC! The base is plastic, handle is plastic, only the part isn’t plastic is the hose. I was highly disappointed because of the price tag on this product why delta used such a cheap material, looks and feels very cheap.The water pressure was too strong for us. We installed with delta trinsic shower faucet but the the shower shoot directly to the wall and they sit too low for my 6’0 husband with trinsic faucet. ( we have standard shower plumbing height. We changed angle of the head but it didn’t solve the problem.I didn’t really like the look either, Shower head had nice clean look but very bulky looking from the side. The color isn’t true Matt black the handle looks more like bronze with the light.It should mention about the material on this page. Because I didn’t know that all made out of plastic until we received item. I won’t recommend it but thanks amazon for great customer service.

We installed this about a year ago. It provided fantastic pressure and lots of options. It seemed worth the very expensive price tag. But, about a month ago, a switch or something seems to have broken in the hand held part so now the pressure sucks and it won't switch modes. I can't reach anyone at Delta to get any kind of assistance. I am so disappointed. I won't spend this much on something that's not going to last but it looks like I'm shopping for a new showerhead :(

Love it, attractive, love the hand-held option or it’s oversized head can seem like a rain head. So easy to install as a replacement for our old regular shower head.
