This little lightweight iron is perfect size and weight for crafting. I’d been using my >$80 iron on Perler beading, but not doing well. I needed an iron that was portable and could hold a steady temperature. THIS IS IT!!! Chose the one with 3 standard temp settings and am so glad I did. It has made crafting much easier. It gets VERY hot, but the silicone (?) stand/holder seems to dissipate the heat without burning what it’s sitting on. I wish I had invested in this purchase years ago. Can’t live without it now. I waited until it went on sale. Priced a bit high, but now that I’ve used it for a time, can gladly state it is worth every penny!

Works great! I was super nervous to use on Polyester but it worked perfectly. I can not compare to the name brand but for the price, so worth it! It does not have a countdown but I can do that myself.

I have used several times for heat transfer to clothing and it worked great. He heat was consistent.

I love the size of this mini iron. I use it with lots of different crafts: heat transfers to t-shirts, gluing on adhesive jeweled ribbons. It is light weight and heats up quickly, saving lots of time. The handle is very comfortable to hold. I also like the automatic shut-off if I forget to unplug it.

I use this iron primarily for crafting, but I've found many other uses since I got it. It heats quickly and the heat is evenly distributed, so there are no hot spots. The best part is its small size...it means I can leave it out on my work space and it doesn't get in the way or take up much room. And, it comes with an iron rest, so I don't have to worry about burning my work surface. You should, however, know the level of heat you need for your specific purpose. I've used the iron for my crafts but also for putting iron-on images on T-shirts and other items. Works really well, but if it's a large iron-on it may take a bit of time to cover the entire thing because of the iron's small size. Perfect for my needs.
