I have purchased several back braces and this was far more uncomfortable than the ones a previously purchased. The straps are made poorly and they cut your underarms when wearing it. For the price I would not purchase this item again. It is a lesson learned

I purchased this item for my husband which he usually wears 2XL shirts but this 2XL back brace was too small, so we returned it. The belt couldn't go around his waist. He is about 38" inches in the waist. We found another back brace that had measurements to meet his waist size. I only gave it a 2-star rating because it was a lightweight fabric.

Good back support and posture corrector .It works good supporting my back and reducing the pain of my shoulders and my lower back .I also noticed that it helps correcting my posture.Very comfortable and easy to use .Good product. Recommended!

This works ok for the bottom and middle back but I feel like it doesn't work so well with the upper back posture, which is what I needed it for with my daughter (age 20 with mid-high functioning autism). We got the XL size because she is like 175 lbs. and the begging weight for that size is 176 lbs. It fits on the smaller size for her body type and rolls uncomfortably on the sides. I don't think their size guidelines are right. It is harder to put on by yourself and you've got to kind of wing it to figure out how to get it on correctly. Even then it still takes a bit of adjusting. It seems to be made pretty sturdy though. I'm not sure how long it would take to start seeing benefits of this, but assuming you wore it for 30 mins a day for a month, I feel like it would take at LEAST a month for you to start seeing improvement in the upper back. I feel like this is mainly due to the whole sizing issue verses the actual design.

A posture corrector is a good idea for people like me that spend a lot of time on the computer. The materials of this posture corrector-back braces are good, and the workmanship appears to be well done, but the size guidelines seem to be inaccurate. My waste fits in the range listed for the large size, but the large size brace is way too small for me. It appears to be made for someone with much shorter torso than I have, so I have to try to attach the side pieces right across my diaphragm. Those side pieces are a bit too short and I can barely get them to attach. If I do attach across the diaphragm, I feel uncomfortable and the brace interferes with breathing.I read the instructions and tried several times to find a comfortable fit. Although the brace is advertised as being for both men and women, it seems like this would fit a lady much better than me. This size is just unusable for me. If you want to order this, you probably need to get in touch with the manufacturer and see if they can guide you on the size selection.
