Sleep Patches, Sleep Patches for Adults Extra Strength, Skin-Friendly Patches Last All Night for Men and Woman

Easy to use. Hardly noticeable when they’re on, but not really sure I felt any difference in my sleep.

I've had insomnia for years and have tried just about every OTC product on the market with mixed results. I am currently taking a sleeping pill plus a melatonin pill that help somewhat, but it still takes me a couple of hours to get to sleep. Once I do get to sleep, I usually can sleep through the night.I bought these patches because they weren't just another pill. The first night, I tried it in place of my two other sleep aids, and it didn't work. The next night, I used it with one of my sleeping pills, but it still didn't work. The third night, I used it in addition to both sleep aids, and it didn't work any better than the normal two alone. So, I would have to say that these had not effect whatsoever on my ability to fall asleep. Since these were rather expensive, I had hoped that meant that they worked, but they did not for me. Very disappointed.

They don’t work like I thought they would!

Bought these for my mother as alternate to pills she typically takes every night. After 2 nights using the patches, she experienced stomach upset. This was the only thing different about her day so I assume it was an ingredient in the patch that did not agree with her system. Her sleep both nights was not restful.

I don’t use them multiple nights in a row. For me it’s better to just use occasionaly. But no hangover.

This product was not for me, it didn’t make me sleepy or feel rested in the morning. It did not stick well. It does have a pleasant aroma

I’ve had trouble sleeping thru the night for years. Saw recommendations for these sleep patches. Tired of pills. These do help me sleep thru the night. I’ll order more.
