Had to as for a return as bottle did not fit on dish and water would no flow easily

Brilliant product ! Looks great, is good quality, works as explained in the description, efficient, easy to assemble and use / refill, our cats love it and we are happy with it too ! Have tried different water dispensers before but really happy with this one as it does what it’s supposed to. Clever design, doesn’t take up too much room and holds a good amount of water, is sturdy enough. Easy to clean. Looks tidy. Would recommend.

I wish I had bought this months ago I was always forgetting to give my poor Bertie water but with this every morning when I make my first cuppa I clean and refill it for him it great and takes up very little space. At first the water bubbles it did make him jump but he soon got use to it I would recommend it to anyone

I do not use it if I am not around to keep an eye on it, it does not always refill itself, you have to squeeze the sides to fill the bowl , if you just want to monitor how much water you’re pet is consuming it would be okay however if your leaving your pet alone for long periods I would not recommend it.

Does get a little greasy
