Great machine but the spikes hurt
The grooves all over the machine are pretty damn sharp, so it HURTS to put your hands on it after 1 minute of use and it really hurts your feet if you use it bare feet, so you’ll have to wear shoes to use it. For hands you’ll need to wear padded gloves. I just wish the grip groves were not sharp spiked grooves.

Was suprised as to how good the quality was, really impressed, Unfortunately the vibrations fairly rocked us wooden flooring, Solid floor would have been better. Had to send it back. Other than that a Great Product,
