Lewis N. Clark Unisex's Secura RFID-Blocking Anti-Theft Commuter Cross Body Bag, One Size

I have this bag in black and loved it so i ordered it in teal it arrived today the strap is five inches shorter than the black one. Is this a money saving thing or a fault. I don,t want the hassle of sending it back because i like the bag but i am going to have to find someway to make the strap longer perhaps add a metal ring to the catch . Because of this inconsistancey in goods i will not be ordering anymore from Lewis N Clark.
