Trick Or Treat Studios Nameless Ghoul Female Mask with Collector's Box Ghost Standard

I was so excited for this mask. I was planning on using the mask for a Halloween outfit. When it arrived, the box the mask was inside of had already looked like it was opened, no tape holding it down and the box was a bit damaged. I was skeptical but the mask had been wrapped in alot of bubble wrap so I thought it was fine. The mask looked wonderful, I was very pleased with how it looked, until I noticed there was a large crack on the side, all the way to the eye area. Then I looked around to find anymore cracks, and I found 2 more. On one of the cracks, there was even a small piece of the mask chipped off. I had to super glue the mask back together. Also, the back piece of the mask fits weird, having a large gap between the 2 pieces. No padding or straps inside to hold your face in place, it just sits on your head. Thank God I was able to get a refund, that's why I gave a decent review, and it is still wearable, but I shouldn't of had to piece my mask back together. Other than that, I'm still impressed on how the mask looks, it looks very beautiful, and besides the cracks, there was really nothing wrong with it look wise. I do plan on getting another one, hopefully, it won't come broken next time.

Heavy mask, I would recommend put some padding inside-as well maybe more straps to hold it onto your head. So I got the mask, was perfectly fine, (the one of me in the corset is the first day) then maybe 2-3 days later this black material showed up on my mask; plastic or I guess clear coat chipped off and you can see the lines. If it was in the back I wouldn’t have mind- but up front and center is a big no-no. I did message the sellers to see what I can do; will keep updated Edit : got a 30% refund, very sweet and understandable

Literally all I could ask for and more. It’s beautiful, very sturdy I’m not afraid it will break. Only thing I will say is there is NO padding inside it so that will have to be added on and the buckles are a little weak so definitely do something with stronger magnets! Those are just tiny things this is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Came in perfect conditioned and wrapped secure

Love the mask! Clips need to be enforced as they tend to pop off. I had issue getting it on mainly because when it arrived it was a bit deformed. You definitely need padding in it or it will not fit properly. I’ve found it uncomfortable to wear for long times because of the limited neck movement you get

I ordered this for my wife for Valentine’s Day and it’s way too small. Good for decoration only. The clear coat under the eye is bubbling and will fall off. They offered me a refund….but it would have cost me half the price just to ship back. They don’t honor return shipping. Very disappointing as I wanted to order more from them but will not take a chance now

It's an aesthetically pleasing mask at first until you put it on. The face itself is VERY Narrow. I don't see how a "standard" size is that. As a whole it goes on my head but my face is so far back from the face of the mask that I can't see out of it. given the weight of it, the straps are held by magnets and it doesn't feel secure, Unless it's only for display or a photo shoot. With the price it is, you're paying for the resin and the look. But all in all its a poor design.. If only it fit the face properly, I could add reinforcements to make it work. Unfortunately that's not the case.

It does not come padded, I had to glue a ton of foam inside it and reinforce the elastic that holds it together. It's perfect and really beautiful. Quite heavy to wear.

I had such high hopes for this mask, considering that I had previously purchased a ghoul mask from Trick or Treat Studios and loved It. But this one is beyond terrible. Before I even had a chance to pick apart the quality, I discovered that my mask arrived damaged. A piece had broken off in the corner on the back section. Thinking I could potentially repair it, I tried the mask on. It’s uncomfortable and impossible to wear (very narrow, the moulded cheeks push hard into the face and the mask does not sit flush), so any chance of using for a Halloween costume is out the window. It was advertised to contain foam (for comfort) but my mask contained none, and the clips to join the front to back are not strong enough to hold the two heavy resin pieces together securely. Without any protection, expect the clips to tear out your hair. It looks nice as a display piece, I suppose, but considering mine arrived broken, it has already diminished in value as a collectible. When I contacted the seller (twice) about a replacement I was completely ignored. And if I choose to return it, it will be at my own expense. My suggestion, Do NOT buy this mask.Edit: The seller, Trick or Treat Studios, did in fact respond to me. Although the mask did not work out it is definitely worth mentioning that ToTS provided excellent customer service and worked with me to resolve this issue.
