Works
Took a few tries and watching some videos to get this to work for me. It works great. the rubberband around it doesn't stay on well. So, I have to be carefull that the seem that's between the halves Isn't in a place that gives me a blister_ it has done that on my pinky. I thought about glueing it down or taping over seem, but I haven't.It's good exercise and I prefer it compared to other hand exercisers that I have. More exercise for forearm.

There are better versions of this product
If you use these things a lot get a better quality. If you're trying to figure out whether you like these things or not this would be a good cheap introduction.I used to skateboard a lot I want to go for long periods of time and not be able to do push-ups after a hard fall.About a decade ago I went on a road trip with one of these things and I've never had rest problems since neither has my mom or anybody else with carpal tunnel problems

Cool distraction
The spinner took some watching of videos to learn the tricks of, but once started, this thing is pretty cool. It's fun to show to other people, and watch them struggle with it, but also it definitely gives your grip and forearms some work. My only issue is that the rubber bands that act as a gripper work themselves loose after some use, but it didn't hinder the use much.

Kinda Loud, Works as Advertised
This is the first new, stringless start gyroscope I've tried, I have used the Dynaflex and others since 2007. The start mechanism works perfectly, but this ball is louder than others I have used. Still a good exercise tool.

Great for building hand/wrist strength and flexibility, especially after injury.
Bought this power wrist ball in order to build my strength back from thumb extensor tendon repair surgery and my doctor and therapist were amazed at how much it helped build my hand/wrist strength back within only a few days. (My therapist even ordered one for herself after seeing mine.) It takes a little practice to learn how to start it, but once you do, this little gadget will do wonders on hand/wrist/arm strength and flexibility.

Works as advertised
Hurt my wrist in accident. Worked out muscle/tendon pain, strength and range of motion. Had one many years ago I used for fun.

It works well but it is noisy.
The product works well enough but it is a great deal louder than the other, very similar, unit I purchased from a different company for $1 less. It is not a terrible product by any means but considering the other device was slightly less money, quieter, and seems built more solidly my rating reflects that. In fact, I think 3.5 stars would be more appropriate but since I am unable to provide half of a star this will have to do.
